More than 50 Greens from around the country attended the Left Forum 2012 in New York City this March. They spoke and participated in more than a dozen panels. Those panels included: The 2012 elections and voting the lesser evil or left alternative, how to win grassroots campaigns, getting the United Nations out of Haiti, a united Israeli/Palestinian country, and strategies behind the Move to Amend. These were just a few panels with Greens. Most of the presentations on Green strategies for independent, progressive electoral politics elicited positive responses from audiences and allied participants. Presidential candidate Jill Stein participated in two panels and was well received at the forum. The Green Party table saw great traffic throughout the weekend as thousands attended the conference.
