I’m a spokesperson for the Green Party’s Women’s Caucus. Prior to the state of the union address, of February 24th, I have this commentary:

Greens have appreciated the 3 R’s of reduce, reuse, recycle and even added more like: repair and repurpose. We can do this because we are innovative and free thinkers. We like to say: alive and growing. Now there are also 3 C’s of Imperial Greed: colonialism, capitalism and cruelty. According to them, any sort of popularly elected self-rule (such as the case with Socialist governments) that does not comply with the USA making the rules and giving the orders…. will be sanctioned or invaded. Invasion is an obvious fast killer, and sanctions will just kill more slowly.

The NWC stands, with all our feet, against colonialism. This puts us in direct opposition with most (but not all) of the EU countries. We totally oppose warfare and the slower killer of economic sanctions. The idea put forth by the western nations is that it will punish “bad form” governments that need to be brought under their control. The goal is that conditions will be so miserable and desperate that the suffering citizens will violently overthrow that naughty government. The US excels at sanctions.

These are direct attacks on women, children and other innocent civilians of every country. They are not directly on the battle ground, but consider who gets bombed in their homes? Who has to deal alone with all day-to-day family concerns when the father/breadwinner has been sent off to war? With economic sanctions, who is left trying to survive under them? Sanctions are actually theft of the economy of another nation, or the bank accounts of targeted individuals, and therefore declared illegal. That does not seem to stop them from being illegally inflicted by the US. Since Greens are the party of non-violence, justice and peace, it’s obvious that we are opposed to both war and theft.

I want to give an example of complicity in the local area where I live. We had signers galore to our petition opposing the war in Iraq. After Bush-Cheney declared war on Iraq, all of the previously willing average citizens immediately complied with that. We could not get another signature. Our citizens are so under this control that they feel compelled to make excuses for the US exerting full spectrum violent acts as a response. Even though it’s often revolting to hear about, or witness, genocide by any of our dark allies, that must also be ok. Are we not ‘the good guys” and our allies the same? It appears that US citizens are conditioned to think this way!

Now we have been witnessing the violence that has been used in that exterior warfare right here on our own streets. ICE, we are told, can do whatever it wants, as a federal agency. This is the same impunity that our soldiers had on the battlefield during every war! This is called the boomerang effect or blowback. All because we didn’t care, as long as it was not our personal problem.

In addition, we are seeing that we’ve complied with pedophilia, child disappearance and separation from their parents along with unspeakable things as stealing their organs and experimentation. Rumors of what has occurred to immigrants and underage working-class girls that were brought in by Jeffrey Epstein as sex slaves.

Who was in charge of watching out for this?! We must hope that there will be a push back against what the corrupt duopoly has done with their “democracy playhouse”. Experiencing this personal army of ICE agents, the decency of our nation’s citizens may have just had enough. More and more of us realize that it’s the two-party system that has allowed this.

Our 2024 presidential candidate, Jill Stein, famously said “As Gaza goes, we go.” This appears to already be coming true, even though most of our citizens were not allowed to know that she said it. They now see it! The democracy drama lumped all of the countries that vary from our way of capitalism (be it communist or a Muslim government) must be stopped. But why is that? Do we see them starting conflicts and waging wars in the cases of Venezuela, Cuba or Iran? No, they are focused on their own citizens and working to be self-sufficiently free from any dependance on capitalistic dominance. Yet they are sanctioned by our whims!

As Greens, we have also been a target of the empire, just for offering our views and values as options. Are the US citizens still so conditioned as to go along now that more things have been exposed? We should know full well that it is a class war. It’s not nationality. It’s not race or color. It’s not gender. It is not even about political or religious differences. We are being led to slaughter by billionaires and multi-millionaires that simply want it all. They want to extract and devour all the resources for themselves and transfer all the costs, labor and losses to us or whatever colonies, as they see them, that they can still control.

Gaza has been demolished and turned over to a greed filled group of individuals buying and vying for the choice cuts of coastline. The peace agreement never existed for the Zionists in Israel. Not a single Palestinian is on this new “Board of Peace” ! One wonders what sort of people would be ok with living upon the human graveyards of a bloodily destroyed civilization, its government and educational system? A disgusting thought that most do not want to even think.

It is clear that those who have that much money, are extremely lacking in empathy. They are as oblivious to the needs or feelings of others as serial killers are! The stolen Palestinian land of Gaza will become a tax haven generating AI and controlling weapons allowing people to live and profit off of stolen real estate. Much the same as the plan to convert Cuba back to a tropical tax dodging safe haven for criminals and corporations to ransack. It’s brutal and, sadly, it’s real.

Colonialism claiming that Greenland should be transferred to the US instead of Denmark, rather than just having its autonomy. One wonders how the USA would feel if this proposal of transfer was from us regarding Puerto Rico!
